Jump to RecipeHello everyone – happy Friday. I mean cheers!
I am going to keep it SUPER sweet and short today. Because it’s Friday night. Even though I love my blogging part of the life (Most of the times haha), I am honestly dreaming of a glass of fancy cocktail. Something like this Raspberry Lilac Martini Cocktail. While the lilac season is basically over, there are plenty of other way to enjoy a luscious and light summer cocktail. Please stay tuned for more ideas!
Lilac Recipes
Perhaps, everyone knows that I’ve been on a lilac keep this season. So far I have shared 5 lilac ideas, well, already 6, and I am not going to stop.
Blueberry Oatmeal with Lilac Syrup
Lilac Martini Vermouth Cocktail
That’s lilac madness, right?! I hope I would be able to wrap it up next week and move to other things. But in a meantime, please don’t mind these lilac ideas.
Raspberry Lilac Martini Cocktail
Besides, this Raspberry Lilac Martini Cocktail is so irresistibly sweet and refreshing to resist. In terms of the ingredient list, it’s very similar to this Lilac Martini Vermouth Cocktail. On the other hand, they are different, too. This variation is not as sweet as the previous version; in fact it’s more luscious and fresh.
Also, how do you like these lilac ice cubes? Aren’t they pretty? I used both lilac syrup and florets, so they add even more flavour and sweetness to the cocktail.
I hope you like this cocktail, and you will give it a try, if not this season (Might be too late), next year for sure. If you make it, let me know in this post or send me an Instagram message or share you photos adding the hashtag #havocinthekitchen. Also don’t forget to make some lilac syrup as you might want to have for my upcoming recipes!
Cheers!

Thank you Catherine!
Ohh you surely make things really pretty, those ice cubes are brilliant
Thank you Raymund!
Those ice cubes are so fun, Ben! And I like that you used syrup in them so they don’t just dilute the cocktail as they melt. Perfect summer drink! Laura loves cocktails with a floral essence, so I know she would be a fan of this one. Well done, sir!
