Rose Raspberry Gin Cocktail
This Rose Raspberry Gin Cocktail is ridiculously easy to make, and it is so perfect to enjoy on a warm summer night. In order to make it, you will need gin (I used Empress 1908 Gin, but any would work), raspberry liquor (I used Chambord, but any other brand will do), and simple rose syrup. Plus, some fresh raspberries and lemon juice for the added freshness.
It’s so, so good, my friends!
I hope you like this cocktail, and you will give it a try soon. If you try it, let me know in this post or send me an Instagram message or share you photos adding the hashtag #havocinthekitchen.
Bye everyone.
Oh well, I definitely meant “Cheers!”

minutesAre you a fan of light, fresh, and fruity cocktails? Then you should try this Rose Raspberry Gin Cocktail. It is made with gin and raspberry liquor. And it is also naturally flavoured with pleasant floral notes.
Ingredients
1 to 1 and 1/2 oz. gin of your choice (I used Empress 1908 gin)
1 oz. raspberry liquor (I used Chambord)
1/2 to 1 oz. simple rose syrup (*See notes)
1/2 to 1 oz. lemon juice
few fresh raspberries, smashed
fresh mint, raspberries, and lemon slices, for garnish
a little of tonic or sparkling water, optional – to top, if desired
ice cubes, crushed
Directions
- In the shaker, combine the gin, raspberry liquor, rose syrup, lemon juice, smashed raspberries, and ice and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. Try and adjust the flavour by adding more gin, syrup, or lemon juice if desired. Filter if desired or serve with the ice. If serving on the rocks, you don’t need to add tonic / sparkling water. If serving without ice, you might want to top with a little bit tonic / water, if it’s too strong.
- Garnish with the extra raspberries, lemon slices, and mint. Enjoy!
Notes
- If you don’t have rose syrup, you can make and use simple syrup infused with some rose water.
