Jump to RecipeHello folks – how are you doing? I hope you all had a wonderful weekend, and you are enjoying new week now.
Also, can you believe it is already September?! Where did this summer go, right?!
And while it is still nice and warm, and while we still may want something refreshing, I am here today with another summer cocktail idea! And considering it features apple cider, well, I guess I am a proper food blogger, sharing apple recipes in September LOL
Lavender Infused Apple Cider
Honestly, I think it is embarrassing to call this a recipe. I would say, it is more like an idea on how to enjoy some apple cider. While apple cider is already delicious, why not add a little of lavender syrup for the added sweetness and a pleasant floral flavour? For the best result, I’d recommend using tart, crisp, and dry types of cider.
Also, you can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to make an apple cider float. How cool is that? In fact, you can play with flavours. Think raspberry, strawberry, peach, or lemon ice cream or sorbet.
Or you can make this Rose Infused Apple Cider instead!

This is a great recipe for this time of the year, Ben! It’s still refreshing for warm late summer days, but it features the wonderful fall flavors of apple cider. I’d love a glass of this right now!

Sadly we don’t get decent apple cider here so I won’t be able to enjoy this.
