Hey, folks – I hope you’re all doing well today.

This week, I’m sharing a creamy white chocolate cocktail that feels equal parts cozy and elegant, thanks to a base of gently melted white chocolate blended with rum, vanilla, and nutmeg. Yeah, it tastes just like spiked eggnog. It’s simple, decadent, and wonderfully festive. So, let’s dive into this festive white chocolate cocktail.

But first, let me show you a few pictures of Daisy and Dar after the snow day.

This image shows a fluffy cat standing in a doorway, looking out at a deep blanket of fresh snow. The cat’s back is to the camera, and its reflection is visible in the frost-covered glass door beside it. Outside, everything is covered in thick, untouched snow, including a small yellow structure topped with heavy white snow. The cat appears curious but cautious, observing the snowy scene before deciding whether to step out.
