This refreshing Strawberry Mojito is super easy to make with just a few simple ingredients – fresh strawberries, sugar, mint, lime, white rum, and soda water. Perfect on a hot summer day!

Hello folks and happy Friday!
Have are you doing? Are you ready for the weekend? Oh yeah, I am so ready. In fact, I might have been ready since approximately last Monday, 8 am :)
Anyway, the weekend is almost here, so we deserve to celebrate it. Let’s say with a glass of refreshing mojito, shall we?
Strawberry Mojito
This refreshing twist on the classic Mojito uses fresh strawberries for fun fruity flavour, added sweetness, and beautiful colour. Out of many other variations, this is perhaps one of the most common.
This cocktail is super easy to make. And you will need only five ingredients: fresh strawberries, fresh mint leaves, limes, sugar, white rum, and soda water (club soda). Or well and ice too, but probably don’t need to count it.
You can also make it non-alcoholic. For this you will need to swap the rum for more of sparkling water or club soda (you may need to try and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar or lime.)

I hope you like this cocktail, and you will give it a try soon. If you try it, let me know in this post or send me an Instagram message or share you photos adding the hashtag #havocinthekitchen.
