Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) brandy

  • 2 oz (60 ml) fresh clementine juice

  • 1 oz (30 ml) cream (18%)

  • Clementine zest, from about ½ clementine

  • ½ oz (15 ml) sweetened condensed milk
    or ½ oz (15 ml) eggnog, for a lighter sweetness

  • For a Larger Batch:
  • 12 oz (360 ml) brandy

  • 12 oz (360 ml) fresh clementine juice

  • Clementine zest, from 2-3 clementines

  • 6 oz (180 ml) cream (18%)

  • 3 oz (90 ml) sweetened condensed milk
    or 3 oz (90 ml) eggnog, for a lighter sweetness

Directions

  • Individual Serve (Shaker Method)
    Add the clementine juice, cream, brandy, sweetened condensed milk (or eggnog), and clementine zest to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well until thoroughly chilled and smooth. Strain into a chilled glass. Taste and adjust sweetness or strength if needed, then serve immediately.
  • Large Batch (Make-Ahead Method)
    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth and fully emulsified. Transfer to a clean bottle or airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours to allow the flavours to meld and the cocktail to chill.
    Before serving, shake or stir well, as natural separation may occur. Serve cold in small glasses. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Shake well before each pour and keep chilled at all times.
