COD LIVER is my absolute favourite to get omega 3! Sometimes I would eat the whole tin plus 6 egg yolks…sounds crazy (that’s about 99% fat and 1% protein), but amazing. Very much like you do sardine fast. I actually just bought 50 tins :-))
