That is happening to me now – two days I’ve been making polenta for my lunch, and I’ve got a feeling I am going to repeat this tomorrow. To be fair enough, I have made the different toppings.

Have your ever had a period in your life which was marked by cooking a particular dish for a long time?

This has always been an issue.

Couscous, Roasted Oranges and Feta Salad

Last year I discovered so many new things in cooking. I won’t be giving you the examples though since they sound ridiculously simple, and you are going to ridicule me.

Oh, no. Are you begging me to disclose some of them? Okay, okay, I’ll do that – I can’t make you beg.

For example, first time ever I made a green smoothie. Yes, I had been raising a sceptical eye at green drinks for ages, but eventually I decided to give it a try. And totally loved it! I’ve loved them that much that you are going to find them quite often here!

So far doesn’t sound bad?

Blood Oranges, Fennel and Pomegranate Salad

Oh, blood oranges!

If I were a poet, I would write a piece of poetry or better an ode to the blood oranges.

But I am not a poet at all.

I am not an artist or composer as well.

So, let’s hope somebody will do that instead of me, sooner or later. Realy, they (blood oranges deserve that).

In the meanwhile, I can contribute to this in a way I am familiar with – cooking.
