Perhaps it’s hard to believe but most of our meals (and by “meals” I’m talking about dinners and sometimes lunches) are salads. Yes, salads, delicious, refreshing, satisfying and sometimes outstanding. We often cook some veggies, especially when it’s cold outside as well, but they are pretty much the same idea. If you back to this blog in a year, you’ll probably find 100 salad recipes or even 102. Don’t wait that long though – I’m happy to see you every day.

Why salads?

Such a poignant, poignant, situation my friends!

I’ve been blogging for an inconsiderable amount of time only, but I have already been associated with a donut factory. Indeed, that started on Instagram about two months ago. I don’t want the reputation of unstoppable cake-donut maker!

I am just kidding though. I am totally fine with this reputation and those jokes I am getting. There is nothing wrong to be connected with the particular food. Indeed, it’s kind of cool too since that does mean you are good at doing something. Plus, it’s just a time frame and, hence, I will be having another outstanding feature, sooner or later. What about deep-fried donuts, folks? :)

Hello, World!

I cannot believe this is happening – I mean my first blog post on here. No, I am not a new person in blogging. Indeed, I have over 3 years of blog experience (sounds like a good highlight in a resume!).

If you have not visited the  page “about”, do not worry – I am going to explain. But then visit it please. No kidding. I was struggling to write this so someone has to suffer reading it.

 So, few years ago, living in Russia, I got my first blog (on the blogger platform) which turned out quite a success. Having been working on it for about 3 years, I decided to wrap it up last summer since I had my new life, in Canada, and that did make a sense.
