Delicious and fresh Fig Avocado Smoked Salmon Salad. When no words are needed.
Bad Food Blogger
Have you been good kids, my friends? Have you noticed I’ve been missing for a little while? Well, don’t lie to me – you haven’t. But I am flattered.
I have had a little vacation, but I’ll probably tell about it in my other post. I’m kind of feeling tired and speechless today. Do you know that after a good vacation you need another one to recover from the first? So please forgive me for a short post. Besides, like I said, this Fig Avocado Smoked Salmon Salad doesn’t need a lot of words.
The funny part of my disappearance is that I was intending to post one or two recipes during my vacation. I even grabbed my laptop to fulfill such a plan. And you know what? I ended up opening it only once – when my vacation was about to be over. Don’t get it wrong. I did this only because I needed to upload some music on my player.
Well, I ended up opening my social media only twice or so too. And I am absolutely guilty of not checking your delicious food posts.Somewhere in the mid of my week-off, I told to myself: “It’s ok, Ben. Everyone needs a vacation, even a food blogger. Besides, while relaxing, you can come up with some decent ideas for your new blog posts”.

Like this Fig Avocado Smoked Salmon Salad. I don’t even have any words to describe how scrumptious this salad is. In fact, do I need them?
