Everyone seems to be obsessed with smoothies nowadays. Fruit, veggie and – OMG – even green smoothies are everywhere! It’s kind of a must to have at least once in a while a glass of delish and healthy drink and provide the evidence on the social media. I do believe a large piece of cake/chocolate eaten after or along with the smoothie is not usually mentioned. I’m just kidding though.
But a smoothie is a really great alternative to a meal. Plus, for me it’s a great way to utilize some fruits which have gotten overripe or veggies which have started to wilt. Continue Reading →
